Coach Phil Russell was the head girls basketball coach at Ogden High School from 1973 to 2010. He won 5 state championships, 10 region championships, and garnered 502 wins, which is the most in Utah at one school. His dedication to and love of female athletics changed many lives for the better, which has rippled for generations. Like him, the phil russell legacy foundation is just as dedicated to protect & enhance the female athletic experience.
